Developing approaches to improve the most finite of resources in Leadership: Time

Focus: This session will examine the areas that impinge significantly on leaders as they engage in their everyday duties. It explores how the seemingly unending stream of demands from others needs to be addressed in a manageable way facilitating greater balance to leaders’ lives.

The session is designed for those who exercise a leadership role be it at senior leadership level or middle leadership level in both primary and post-primary schools. It aims to develop participants’ capacity in terms of reflection on how best to manage and apportion their time in a strategic manner.
