Ós rud é nach féidir freastal i gcónaí ar an éileamh ar chúrsaí coitianta, tá na socruithe seo a leanas ceaptha chun deis chothrom agus chóir a thabhairt do gach iarratasóir:

• Déanfar áiteanna a dháileadh nuair a gheofar iarratas comhlánaithe.
• I gcás ina líontar cúrsaí go tapa, cuirfear iarratasóirí nach bhfuair áit ar an eolas gan mhoill.
• Forchoimeádann an tIonad an ceart cúrsaí a chur ar ceal nó a chomhcheangal.
• Má chuirtear cúrsa ar ceal, déanfar gach iarracht freastal ort ar chúrsa eile.
• Cuirfimid iarratasóirí ar an eolas trí ríomhphost nó teachtaireacht téacs SMS nuair a ghlacfar leo ar chúrsa.
• Ní féidir dearbhú a thabhairt ar an teileafón.
• Ní féidir táillí a aisíoc.

Sa chás nach mbeidh tú in ann freastal ar chúrsa a bhfuil tú cláraithe dó, iarraimid ort Ionad Oideachais Bhaile Átha Luain a chur ar an eolas le do thoil, ionas gur féidir d’áit a leithdháileadh ar dhuine eile.

As demand for popular courses cannot always be met, the following arrangements are designed to give all applicants an equal and fair opportunity:

• Places will be allocated upon receipt of an online registration on a first come, first served basis. 
• An email will be sent to you to confirm your place.
• A waiting list may apply in some cases where demand exceeds capacity. In some cases, additional courses may be scheduled to accommodate those on the waiting list. 
• The Centre reserves the right to cancel or amalgamate courses.
• If a course is cancelled, every effort will be made to accommodate you on another course.
• Confirmation cannot be given by telephone.
• Fees, where applicable, are non refundable.

We kindly request if you are unable to attend a  course for which you have registered, that you notify Athlone Education Centre, so that your place may be allocated to someone else.
